I'm Erik Bottema and I have have successfully represented home buyers and sellers throughout the Los Angeles Area. I am a graduate of Crescenta Valley High School, Glendale Community College (AA/AS-Business and Management), and Touro University International (BA-Business). As a longtime resident of the Los Angeles area, I have vast knowledge of the different areas and home values.  I am experienced in both traditional home sales and income producing investment properties. I have been an investor and residental property manager for over ten years which has given me the knowledge to assist new and experienced investors to purchase properties that can provide them steady long term cash-flow.
